• 6 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Organic Pea Protein Powder
• 3 Tbsp. Groovy Bee® Organic Coconut Milk Powder mixed with water
• 3 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Premium Manuka Honey MGO 514+ (15+ NPA)
• 2 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
• 1 cup Health Ranger Select Organic Almonds
• ½ cup organic cashew butter
• 2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
• Pinch Health Ranger Select Pink Himalayan Salt Fine Ground

OPTIONAL: ½ cup organic dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blend the almonds into a fine powder.
2. Using a food processor, mix the cashew butter, pea protein powder, coconut milk, honey, coconut oil, vanilla and salt together until fully incorporated.
3. Fold in the cacao nibs and chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
4. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
5. Spread the cookie dough mixture into the bread pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
6. Once solidified, cut the cookie dough into bars and freeze.
